Balmoral Quay has been designed to integrate refined urban living into the coastal environment.

The waterside residential community is nestled between two parks that have long been enjoyed by locals: Rippleside Park to the south and St Helens Park to the north. Balmoral Park links to the waterfront promenade, a lovely walking path along the water that joins St Helens, Balmoral and Rippleside Parks. The entire waterfront promenade features a landscape buffer of low-growing coastal species, helping to protect the park from the elements.

The park and the surrounding environment have also been thoughtfully considered in the design of the homes. The east-facing parkfront townhomes feature master bedrooms positioned to overlook Balmoral Park, while the north-facing townhomes enjoy lush, spacious courtyards at ground level which open onto the park. Upper-level balconies offer spectacular views across the water.
